Rental Returns
Comfortwarmcandl provides pickup services for all rented furniture and decor items. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted. Our team will coordinate convenient pickup times that work with your schedule.
Return Schedule
Return dates and times are specified in your rental agreement with Comfortwarmcandl. Our team will coordinate pickup at the conclusion of your rental period. Please ensure items are accessible and ready for pickup at the scheduled time.
Item Condition
Rented items from Comfortwarmcandl must be returned clean and in good condition. Clients are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Please report any issues immediately so we can address them appropriately.
Damage Policy
If rented items from Comfortwarmcandl are damaged, lost, or stolen, clients will be charged for repair or replacement costs as outlined in the rental agreement. We assess damage fairly and work with clients to resolve issues amicably.
Cleaning Requirements
Items should be returned in clean condition. Comfortwarmcandl handles professional cleaning, but excessive soiling may result in additional cleaning fees. Please treat rented items with care and respect during your event.
